Project Description

‘Crown Thai is a chain of premium Thai massage parlours with branches in Moscow and Moldova. The goal of the project is to strengthen the brand’s position in local markets, attract the target audience (including Russian, English and Romanian-speaking clients) and increase conversion to online appointments through the creation of multifunctional websites and high-quality visual content.

Objectives

  1. Develop unique branding, including logo and domain name.
  2. Create separate sites for Russia and Moldova with multi-lingual support.
  3. Prepare price lists and populate websites with sales content.
  4. Provide visual appeal through photos and videos.
  5. Run adverts to promote in both regions.
  6. Launch Advertising in Yandex Direct
  7. Start Advertising in Yandex business
  8. Run an advert in avito

Implemented Actions

1. Branding

  • The domain name Vthae.com (Russia) and Vthae.md (Moldova) were selected to reflect the premium nature of the service.
  • The logo was created in the style of ‘oriental elegance’: gold accents, lotus silhouette, fonts with elements of Thai culture.
  • TOR for the development of websites with consideration of regional peculiarities and multilingualism.

2. Website development

  • For Russia: adaptive website with online booking functions, filters by types of massage, integration in Yandex maps.
  • For Moldova: a separate site with a focus on English and Romanian speaking clients.
  • Multilingualism is implemented: translation into Russian, English and Romanian languages (interface, service descriptions, blog).
  • Dynamic price lists implemented

3. Content and media

  • We took photos in the branches: interiors, massage process, work of masters (more than 150 professional photos).
  • Videotaping:
    • For Russia: edited an image video about the brand philosophy (2 min. duration), advertising short videos for social networks.
    • For Moldova: the video was created with a focus on multicultural audience, colour correction was carried out to enhance the ‘oriental’ atmosphere.
  • Website content: SEO-optimised texts, testimonials section, blog about the benefits of Thai massage.
